We bought Lochaber farm in 2015. We are an off grid farm going through the organic conversion process. We follow regenerative agriculture principles. We currently have a small herd of cattle, and a small flock of hand reared chickens in addition to our sourdough bakery.
What We Do
We primarily produce organic sourdough bread, organic focaccia and other baked treats such as cakes, brownies, cookie dough, cantuccini, granola, and dukkah. Please see our full menu for further details.
We now have been running Lochaber farm bakery within one of our farm sheds since 2017 (prior to that we operated from our farm cottage kitchen). During this time we have established a number of ongoing relationships with local stockists. You can find our produce at :
